Outstanding from start to finish... and beyond. Chris made the experience of buying from a distance very straightforward, then followed through with a great experience when the car later developed an issue. The car itself was a rare find with an exceptional spec and history, to which Chris added a complete and thorough prep & handover. When an issue later developed with the car, Chris stood by his offer of a comprehensive warranty with a completely no quibble resolution and very prompt payment to a garage of my choice. I have bought a lot of cars over the years, and come into contact with plenty of traders - so I know that the real test comes with aftersales support. Bought a golf gti over the phone, my biggest 26k mistake ! Was told the car was in stunning condition, not one blemish. Car was delivered, oh dear MOT ran out. If it's OK you can get it done and we will pay ! NO ! Anyway it was sorted locally straight away, came back with front tyres as an advisory ! Don't worry there's 3k on them and we will pay for two new ones. Instead of 6 months warranty i accepted a 12 month one instead of tyres. Gave the car a total check over 2 weeks later (only 80 miles more) and jesus the tyres were absolutely shot to bits ! Phoned back and all i got was we didn't MOT it "if you ring the garage" again NO ! so they rang and said if i pop down the mot centre he will show me what they check ! What a joke ! Basically the after sales is a bloody joke ! I will never buy a car ever again over the phone ! YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN JUMPING THROUGH HOOPS TO MAKE SURE THIS WAS SORTED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER ! Also just to top it off there was a large scratch on the rear bumper and damage to one of the front alloys ! Really awful service from a supposedly top class outfit ! Thank you. Update , the tyres were illegal ! God knows how they passed its MOT ! I sent you the pictures ! One even had a big chunk missing on the inside, obviously where it had been curbed, thus the damaged wheel ! I did look round the car but didn't notice the scratch and wheel but with a decent look around it was easy to see. The rear tyres weren't that much better either. I should have came to your garage to view then i would have seen first hand, we live and learn. What I'm really disappointed in is you just wouldn't accept any responsibility at all. That's why I've waited till now ! Typical garage, only interested in taking someone's money ! And the car really wasn't that clean ! The light grey parts of the leather were actually filthy, the previous detailer mustn't have been to specs saver ! The car now is to my standard wit a cost of £1000 !

My husband and I purchased an Audi RS6 recently from Chris and I have to say his after sales service was equally as good as the sale process. There was a very minor problem we had with the vehicle and that was just because my husband is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to attention to detail on his car. But I have to say Chris put the problem right without having to chase whatsoever (in fact he did alot of the chasing). We could not recommend this guy enough. He was very professional, extremely trustworthy and 100% committed to his customers. We would certainly buy cars from Chris again. His service is second to non.
